Theme: “Winter Wonderland”
1. All parade entries should be in the designated staging area no later than 4:00pm
2. Parade participants will be lined up in the order in which they arrive
3. All entries will be judged
4. Adults are only allowed to throw candy. This is for the safety of the children on the floats and on the streets
